An absolute must visit. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us a great tour of the place, including an explanation of how he makes the chocolate in his little kitchen. He then sells these in the small shop. Highly recommend buying, the chocolate is some of the best that we have ever had! Little workshop and shop is located within Shore Things, towards the right

I already can't wait to visit again! The artisan himself was absolutely humble, engaging, and knowledgeable about his art; chocolate making. The chocolate truffles on display were attractively laid out and labeled. Affordably priced at $10 per truffle, I bought five of the range of flavors available - all were divine, although they melted a bit while at the beach! I regret not purchasing more! Can't wait to visit again and engage in the chocolate making session offered!

This place smells amazing cause you’re stepping into a mini chocolate factory. Trinitario cocoa grown in both the islands of Trinidad and Tobago makes some of the world’s finest chocolates. Taste it and join one of the chocolate making classes offered here. Very helpful owner and there’s also free samples!

Chocolate lover here and it doesn’t get better than seeing it being made from scratch and one of the finest grades we have available on the islands . Jean is such a gentleman too and knows his craft ! I got some truffles to take overseas and the raw cocoa to make hot chocolate drink and it’s exceptional . Such a great treat

The owner Jean Claude is a lovely man who is extremely knowledgeable about chocolate making. I would highly recommend stopping in to hear about the process and try his chocolates - it was just delightful! He also does chocolate making classes for kids, so call ahead and plan a visit.
